God has designed us to be able to change.

Change in your thinking is essential to detox the brain.

The mind controls the brain. Our soul is designed to lead our body. The mind is different from the brain. The mind goes, the brain follows.

Every system and part of the body is wired for love. We are wired for love. We learn fear.

Why do we mess up our lives? God has given us the ability to choose. God says, “Choose life or choose death.” There is not gray zone in God’s definition. When we choose life, we choose love. We choose what we’re wired to do. Consequently, our mind and brain follows good thoughts.

If you look in the toxic brain, it looks different. It’s flamed. It’s incorrectly formed. It creates disturbance in the brain. 75-90% of mental health issues come from our thought life.

When you let your mind aligns with the mind of God, then you have good, healthy thoughts.

We understand only 2% of the human. Our minds are complex. As you think, you change your brain.

When you renew your minds, you’re changing your thoughts. (Romans 12:2)

Our thinking generates a signal enters into the cell and activates and unzips the DNA.

Change is incremental. Change happens overtime. Whatever you direct your attention that will grow in your brain.

If you choose Google instead of God, and the toxic mind will dominate my soul.

With all the plethora of information, you have to be careful how to order your mind. You have to make a decision to leave any habits like drugs or alcohol. You need to decide to choose listen to God or the enemy.

Legacy Healing Center uses the 21 days method to detox your brain. No, in fact habits form in a minimum of 63 days. Three cycles of 21 days. 7 minutes a day in a focused way will help to break things down. You’re not focus on the negative – you focus on a health replacement thought.

Question: How will you take control of your mind to create real change?
