My Most Requested Topics

I speak on topics related to leadership, calling/vocation, and social media. I customize my presentation to address your organization’s specific needs. My overarching goal is to facilitate the outcome you want to create. Below, you’ll find my most requested topics.

Calling/Vocation: When Christians speak of finding their “vocation” in life or of responding to God’s call, what do they mean? Does God have a “will” for our lives and if so, how do we find it? Does everyone have a “vocation” or do only a few experience God’s call in their lives? In this workshop we’ll try to answer these questions. In this presentation, I share what a “vocation” is and how we might go about discerning our own call.

Faith/Work Integration: Why do I feel so disengaged and meaningless at work? How do I bridge the gap between Sunday worship and Monday work gap? How can use my work to glorify God? How can I become a person of spiritual influence in their workplace? In this presentation, I share specific strategies on how to use our vocational calling to glorify God at work. I give participants simple skills to talk about their faith in a way that attracts (not repels) people.

Leadership: Nowadays, leadership gets a bad rep. Look around. The government and businesses are full of leaders who end up disappointing us. In this presentation, I share what it means to be, build, and lead leaders worth following. I teach how leaders can effectively provide support and challenge for their people in order to create a culture of growth.

What Others Are Saying

“Paul Sohn is tenacious. I’ve been inspired by his passion to empower others. As a leader, Paul offers a rare combination of coherence – he is what he writes. Paul Sohn demonstrates a curiosity that attracts other leaders around him. His inspiration compels him to write; those that know him are inspired by both his writing and the holistic way he lives and leads.”
– Ben Sand
CEO, Portland Leadership Foundation

“Paul is a perplexing man. He is constantly evolving, re-structuring and revising with the passion of a startup, yet, he is as grounded as a century old cathedral. Generally speaking, people lie somewhere on this spectrum. Paul is on both ends. Any corporation, team, group or person would be lucky to be a recipient of his devotion.”
– Leo Fuchigami
Inbound Marketer | Life Hacker | Project Manager

“I have worked with Paul for the last 3 months. Paul has been very pleasant to work with. He is enthusiastic, intelligent and very approachable. I received the same exact feedback from everyone that he had worked with during the last 3 months. He has been very eager to learn and to contribute to the project that he was part of. He demonstrated great deal of responsibility and consistency. For someone who is as young as he is in his career, he is quiet mature. He constantly seeks feedback, information and knowledge to enhance his skill sets and find ways to add value to the team.”
– Nam Cho
Director, Human Resources at Qualcomm

“Envisage God as a candle lit in the dark. Paul is the mirror that reflects its light. As a trailblazing Christian, Paul seeks to invigorate and transform leaders and organizations into salt and light of this world.”

– Solomon Chiu
University of Bristol

“Paul Sohn is one of the most Kingdom-minded, intentional leaders I know. He has a genuine heart for empowering people to bring Christ-centered transformation to every sector of society.”
