A Little Bit About Paul Sohn

I’m the author of Quarter-Life Calling: How to Find Your Sweet Spot in Your 20’s. I’m an award-winning author, adjunct professor and speaker.  My talks and workshops are highly engaging and very practical. My Most Requested Topics

I speak on topics related to leadership, calling/vocation, and social media. I customize my presentation to address your organization’s specific needs. My overarching goal is to facilitate the outcome you want to create. Below, you’ll find my most requested topics.

Calling/Vocation: When Christians speak of finding their “vocation” in life or of responding to God’s call, what do they mean? Does God have a “will” for our lives and if so, how do we find it? Does everyone have a “vocation” or do only a few experience God’s call in their lives? In this workshop we’ll try to answer these questions. In this presentation, I share what a “vocation” is and how we might go about discerning our own call.

Faith/Work Integration: Why do I feel so disengaged and meaningless at work? How do I bridge the gap between Sunday worship and Monday work gap? How can use my work to glorify God? How can I become a person of spiritual influence in their workplace? In this presentation, I share specific strategies on how to use our vocational calling to glorify God at work. I give participants simple skills to talk about their faith in a way that attracts (not repels) people.

Leadership: Nowadays, leadership gets a bad rep. Look around. The government and businesses are full of leaders who end up disappointing us. In this presentation, I share what it means to be, build, and lead leaders worth following. I teach how leaders can effectively provide support and challenge for their people in order to create a culture of growth.
